Both managers and employees can update an employee's progress towards a goal at any time (even if the goal period has passed). To update the progress of an employee's goal, find the goal under the employee's list of goals:
Once you select a goal, you can see information about the goal and a history of all progress updates so far.
Update the goal by either dragging the progress slider, providing a comment, or both. This will enable the "Add progress" button.
This change will show up as the latest progress update in the history feed.
When updates are made to goals, they are summarized in a daily email digest to managers and employees.
