If you're not receiving email notifications from Collage or you're finding that emails from Collage are going directly to your Junk Mail, you can take these easy steps to whitelist the Collage.co domain to ensure important notifications are arriving right to your inbox.

How to whitelist our domain on Outlook:

Under Mail settings within Outlook; navigate to the Junk email subsection to find the Safe senders and domains list.

Add collage.co as a domain safe sender to whitelist emails that are coming from Collage or alternative you can add no-reply@collage.co if you only want our automated notification emails.

How to whitelist our domain on Gmail:

Under all Settings within Gmail; navigate to the Filters and Blocked Addresses subsection as we're looking to create a new filter that will not send your Collage emails to spam.

Create a new filter and add the domain collage.co in the From input field before hitting the Create filter button or alternatively, you can add the email address no-reply@collage.co if you only want our automated notification emails.

Check the box that states Never send it to Spam and complete the creation of this filter.

Once your filter has been created, it should show up under the Filters and our emails will still be sorted according to how you have your Gmail set up.
