Sometimes things don't go as planned, and employees don't end up taking time off during their requested time. As a Collage Administrator, you can delete this request.

Editing a vacation request in the past (Administrator)

  1. Log into Collage and click on Employees
  2. Select the employee and then click on Time Off
  3. Scroll down to Requests and find the request you'd like to delete
  4. Click on the three dots on the left side of the request and then Delete

Now, you can notify the employee to enter in the updated request for time off OR you can do it on their behalf:

  1. On the left side bar, click on on Time Off and Pending Requests
  2. Click the Request on Behalf Of button
  3. Find the employee in the drop down, then fill in the details of the request

Note that this request will follow the regular approval process for the employee.
