Creating your own careers page with Collage

Show your open positions on a branded page and start receiving new applications from candidates.

Using the recruiting section of the platform, you can set up Collage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to help you post new jobs, manage your applicants, and easily onboard them onto your team. It's also a great way to make a good impression on your potential employees.

Once created, we will host a branded careers page that you can then link to from your own company website. As you publish and close jobs on Collage, your careers page will be automatically updated.

Setting up your careers page

To set up your own version of Collage ATS, click on the Recruiting section and choose the Job Site tab. From there you will be able to:

  1. Specify your Company Website to access your homepage,

  2. Choose a Job Site Address that will link to your custom careers page,

  3. Upload your Company Logo to display on your careers page as a header.

Once done, click Save and you will be now ready to create your new job openings, integrate the careers page on your website, and link to it from different job boards.

Important: In order to be able to link to your careers page and your individual job postings, the job site address has to be set.
