Check-Ins
Performance Check-Ins facilitate frequent and productive one-on-ones between leaders and employees. Check-Ins should be helping employees to get where they need to be with their performance and goals.
Reviews
Performance Reviews introduce structured self-reflection and feedback between managers and peers. Reviews should be helping you assess how employees have done to date and whether they are successful in their overall performance.
