How to complete a Performance Review as a manager

As a manager who is part of a Review Cycle you will be required to provide feedback about one or more of your of direct reports. You will be able to access and write reviews under the Performance module.

To write a review head to Performance > Reviews > My Reviews > Write next to the person you would like to write a review for.

Your entries are auto-saved even if you don't submit your responses meaning you can begin writing your reviews and come back to complete them at a later time.

To submit the responses for a review click Submit Review and confirm by clicking Submit Review again on the pop-up.

Once you have submitted your responses and are ready to share them with the employee head to the My Reviews tab and click Share. Click Share again on the pop-up to confirm that you would like to share the review. Results will be visible to the employee right away.

Please note reviews cannot be edited once they have been shared with the employee.

You will also be able to access any reviews your employees may have already written before writing your review via the My Reviews tab. To read a review submitted by an employee click My Reviews > Reviewee Name > scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see the employees Self Review.

You can also write Notes before or after the review has been shared with an employee. Notes can be optionally be made visible or be kept hidden from the employee, meaning they are only visible to you, the manager, and Super Admins. By default Notes are not visible to employees. To make a note visible to an employee click the Visible to [Employee Name]? button. Click Add a Note to save your Note.

To edit or remove a Note click on the ... button to the right of the Note and select Edit or Remove.
