Admins can reset passwords for a user if they forget their passwords and are locked out of their accounts.
To reset a password as an admin user:
1. Click on "Company Settings" in the left-hand sidebar
2. Find the "Security & Billing" panel and click "Users"
3. To the right of the user whose password you would like to reset, click the 3 dots and then click "Send Password Reset"
All done! The user will receive an email to reset their password.
