You may have noticed we've renamed the Employee Directory to People.

We've introduced this change along with updates to Contractor management in Collage but it's more than just that.

Updating the sidebar to "People" provides a more inclusive experience for your team. The Employee Directory contains everyone that uses Collage at your organization: this could be interns or contractors, board of directors or consultants. Also, we know that some of our clients prefer to call the people on their teams by something other than 'Employees'.

Using "Employees" here was arbitrarily limiting and now, you can continue to manage your people on our platform, as people!
