Why aren't my employees receiving Collage emails?

Check if your employees are subscribed to Collage emails - and show them how to resubscribe

If your employees aren't receiving Collage emails there is a simple way to check if they have unsubscribed.

Navigate to your Company Settings

From here you will find Users

Within users you will be able to see if your employees are "Subscribed" or "Unsubscribed" to emails

If your employees are unsubscribed to Collage emails ask them to resubscribe by following the steps below:

Navigate to your Personal Settings on the top right corner of Collage

From here ensure that Unsubscribe to all emails is OFF

You're all done!
