Enrolment in Benefits - New Hire

Step-by-step enrolment process in benefits for your new hire!

Hiring an employee and making sure they complete all of the necessary forms is important as an administrator! Collage helps streamline this process by allowing your new hire to complete their benefits enrolment online!

Step 1: Hire

Head to People and click Hire. Enter the appropriate personal and role information.

Step 2: Enrol in Benefits

When you get to the Benefits section of the new hire flow you can

Make sure you enrol your new hire in the appropriate class, and the applicable probationary period.

Step 3: Complete the Hiring Process and Send Invitation

As part of their onboarding process the employee will be required to complete their benefits enrolment. See what enrolling in benefits through Collage looks like from the employee perspective here.
