What you can do with this integration:
- Create Zoom meetings while scheduling interviews. When a recruiter or hiring manager schedules a candidate interview in Collage, they can generate a Zoom meeting for it in the same step. No need to open Zoom separately or copy and paste links.
- Keep meeting details in sync. The Zoom join link, meeting ID, and dial-in details are saved to the interview in Collage and included in the calendar invitations and confirmations sent to candidates and interviewers.
- Update or cancel in one place. When an interview is rescheduled or canceled in Collage, the associated Zoom meeting is updated to match, so everyone is working from accurate details.
- Use your own Zoom account. Each user connects their own Zoom account through Zoom's secure authorization. Meetings are created and hosted under that account, following your organization's existing Zoom settings.
How to set it up:
Connect your Zoom account from your Collage settings and approve the requested permissions. Once connected, the option to add a Zoom meeting appears when you schedule interviews in the ATS. You can disconnect your Zoom account from Collage at any time, which removes Collage's access to your Zoom account.
This integration is available to Collage customers with access to the recruiting module.
