You can quickly and easily update your profile preferences by clicking on your initials (or profile picture) in the upper right-hand corner and selecting Personal Settings.

On the Personal Settings page you can set your email Notification Preferences by toggling on or off email notifications.

You can also determine if you would like colleagues to see your birthday on the Home Page and in Calendars under Privacy Settings.
